## Refunds

- We generally do not provide refunds for partial billing periods or unused time after cancellation.
- We will provide refunds for duplicate charges, billing errors, or where required by applicable law.

## Free Trials and Promotions

If a free trial or promotion applies, you will be charged at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends.

## EU/EEA Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you may have statutory rights (including withdrawal rights) under local law. Where such rights apply, we will honor them. Note that for digital services delivered immediately upon purchase, withdrawal rights may not apply once performance has begun with your express consent.
